Every order gets an order confirmation by email straight after payment. It lists the products, the price and the order number, and it's your receipt. If you need an invoice made out to your business, contact us with your order number and the billing details you want on it.
What to send for an invoice
  • The order number
  • The email address you used at checkout
  • The company or organisation name
  • The billing address
  • A purchase order number or reference, if your accounts team needs one on the invoice
Email the details to [email protected], or use Submit Ticket at the top of this page.
Keep payment details out of it
An invoice doesn't need your card details. Don't include a card number or security code in your message.
The receipt and the delivery are separate
The order confirmation isn't the delivery of your product. The product key or activation details arrive in a separate delivery email, described in What's in your order email.
