Unlicensed Product in the title bar of an Office app means Office isn't activated, or it has found a conflict between more than one copy of Office on the PC. Microsoft gives both as causes on its page about Unlicensed Product and activation errors. Work through the steps below in order and check File > Account in Word after each one.
Office 365 Pro Account
The steps below are for Office LTSC 2024. With the Office 365 Pro Account, don't uninstall anything, because the account's apps activate when you sign in with the account. Can't sign in to your Office 365 Pro Account covers what to check.
Steps
  1. Activate Office with your key, if the Account page says activation is required. Activate Office 2024 with your product key has the steps.
  2. Remove any other copy of Office. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps, search for Office and for Microsoft 365, and uninstall everything except Office LTSC 2024. Restart afterwards.
  3. Check the date, time and time zone. Open Settings > Time & language > Date & time, turn on Set time automatically and select Sync now. A wrong clock can stop activation.
  4. Run Office as administrator once. Open Start, type Word, right-click Word and choose Run as administrator, then activate from File > Account.
  5. Update Office from File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
  6. Check that a firewall, security software or proxy server isn't blocking Office from reaching Microsoft's activation service. On a business network, the person who manages the network can check the proxy.
  7. Remove licences left by earlier versions of Office, as described in Office shows an older version or a different product.
  8. If Office still can't activate online, activate through the portal with Activate Office when online activation doesn't work.
