Error 30015-11 means Office setup started but couldn't finish installing. Answers on Microsoft's community forum point to damaged installation files, or to a problem in Windows itself, and the steps that clear it are a complete removal of Office followed by a fresh installation from a clean boot. The code sometimes appears with a longer number in brackets after it. Write the whole code down in case you need to contact us.
Steps
1. Restart and run setup again
Restart the PC, open Command Prompt as administrator and run the configure command again from your ODT folder.
2. Remove every Office and Microsoft 365 entry
Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps and uninstall everything that mentions Office or Microsoft 365, including a half-installed Office LTSC 2024. Restart. If an older version won't uninstall, use Microsoft's uninstall troubleshooter, as described in Remove older versions of Office before installing.
3. Start from a fresh download
Download the latest Office Deployment Tool from Microsoft and extract it again. If you saved the installation files earlier with the /download command, delete the Office folder inside C:\ODT so damaged files can't be reused, then download them again.
4. Repair Windows system files
Run DISM and System File Checker, as described in Repair Windows system files before installing Office, and restart.
5. Install from a clean boot
Start Windows without third-party services and startup apps, run setup, then return Windows to normal startup. Install Office from a clean boot has the steps.
